Abstract

The rapid development of tools and technologies of the World Wide Web, the introduction of ICT in all spheres of society as a whole and each of its members in particular, has not bypassed the education system. Cloud computing technologies open up new prospects, including the system of higher teacher education. Cloud technologies imply the provision of any services via the Internet, when data processing is carried out using the power of a network of remote servers, and the user's computer runs only a "thin client". A network of interconnected remote servers is the basis of the cloud.
