Abstract

Currently, the main task of the modern education system is to transform information services and Internet technologies into educational tools that allow getting qualitatively new learning outcomes. This requires changes in all areas of educational institutions, the active introduction of technology in the educational, teaching and methodological processes, and the formation of an information and educational environment.
Modern rapid progress of Internet technologies creates the necessary basis for the emergence of new forms of organization of communication. Along with such popular means of communication as e-mail, instant messaging, video communication in real time, new ones have appeared - forums, blogs, and others.
