About the Journal
Aims and Scope
Educational Technology Quarterly (ETQ, Educ. Technol. Q) is a Diamond Open Access peer-reviewed journal focused on the ways in which digital technology can enhance education. ETQ welcomes research papers on the pedagogical uses of digital technology where the focus is broad enough to interest a wider education community. In addition to empirical work, we welcome systematic reviews and meta-analyses that include clear research questions, a framework of analysis, and conclusions that reflect the paper's aims.
Publication Frequency
Four issues per year (March, June, September, December).
History of the Journal
March 2021 - the Academy of Cognitive and Natural Sciences founded the journal.
January 2022 - the journal has been moved to the Open Journal Systems.
Since December 2021, the journal has been published by the Academy of Cognitive and Natural Sciences and Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
December 2022 - the journal has been included in Ukraine's Registry of Scientific Editions.
In 2025, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University became a co-publisher.
Educational Technology Quarterly is registered by the National Сouncil of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine (media identifier - R40-06383).
