Abstract

The acute demand to make the Internet an open and democratic environment of maximum free access to information already in the near future makes society make a decision, which contributes to the understanding of the importance of a significant expansion of the scope of information activity of the modern specialist. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the Internet has transformed from an environment in which, recently, considerable financial investment was required to create content and most participants were "passive readers", to an environment in which only access and a browser are needed for activities (blogs, wikis, podcasting, videos, social services, etc.). We are talking about Web 2.0 social networks, which are based on creativity and collaboration of authors who actively participate in content creation, that is, they "produce" informational (texts, photos, audio, video, etc.) products as members of a certain community.
