Анотація

The development of modern society is acquiring more pronounced signs of internationality, globalization, competitiveness, causing the need for comprehensive modernization of virtually all branches of human life: production, science, education, life, etc. The widespread introduction of information and communication technologies and their integration into all spheres of life has revealed the role of ICTs as factors and sources of these transformations and conditioned the transition to an information society. The transition to a qualitatively new society fundamentally changes the usual foundations: receiving more and more information from various sources, we are forced to constantly revise our ideas formed in the mind under their pressure, otherwise our actions will not meet the needs of reality.
